It's possible that the item has been discontinued. It's also possible that due to the lack of popularity, we've decided to no longer carry the item. Feel free to browse our site for something new and even more exciting.

We don't support guest checkout for security reasons. All shoppers must create an account to check out. It's free, and it only takes a minute to set up.
What currency are your products listed in?
All products are listed in United States dollars ($US).

What are your shipping rates like?
It depends on where your recipient is located and how fast you want your package to arrive. We offer Super Express shipping to get your gift into your recipient's hands as fast as possible. Of course, the faster the shipping time, the more money it costs.
Do you make money off shipping?
No. Shipping costs incorporate the cost our shipping partner charges us plus the costs associated with packaging your items.
Are all your products stored in your warehouse?
Most of them are. Some perishable items, like our cookie bouquets, are shipped from our confectionary partner, who has locations on both coasts.
Can I return an item if my recipient doesn't like it?
Unfortunately, we only accept damaged goods as a return. On occasion, we accept returns for other reasons based on the circumstances. Call us to discuss first.
